Performance issues when downloading map assets

(Yes the loading spinner thing was disabled)

I was wandering in Liberty City loading the map. I’ve made an ETW capture during my session.
I believe LC is a special case but some people did report some performance issues when downloading MLO in the classic map.

I believe I can confirm something I argued a while ago.
I did a new experiment today:

  • I moved into a LC with streamed assets (ydr/ytd) and I was getting many freezes, when moving quickly.
  • I moved into this same LC but without streamed assets (they were in a game rpf correctly setup) and I was not getting any freezes.

Got an updated trace taken from a recent Windows build (from Manganese/Iron branches of Windows)? This old trace I believe was affected by anticheat module hiding.
