Every time I try to publish my work, I can no longer. It keeps asking, or I can’t publish anything, or it gets rejected, or I don’t know why, even though all the work was previously published. Is it possible to respond or help?

You are just releasing the same map over and over again. Legeion Square x15 Which all have the same problems as the first 4 points.
Releases are more stringently reviewed than previously.
