SAM PED MENU is a completely FREE custom ped management system developed for RedM servers using VORP.

The system is designed to make custom ped management easier for both server staff and players, with support for character-based ped assignments, temporary and permanent access, player requests, recovery systems, admin controls, SQL persistence, and much more.

IMPORTANT

SAM PED MENU is completely FREE.

Custom Peds are NOT included with this resource.

Any custom ped models shown in screenshots, videos, or promotional material are used for showcase purposes only.

You can add your own compatible custom ped models to the menu.

Ped Access System

Server staff can give players access to custom peds for different durations.

Supported access options include:

Temporary Access
1 Hour
1 Day
1 Week
1 Year
Permanent Access

Ped access can be connected directly to the player’s character, allowing assignments to remain associated with the correct character instead of only the current session.

Recovery System

SAM PED MENU includes multiple recovery methods designed to keep the player’s assigned custom ped active after common RedM events.

Recovery support includes:

Reconnecting
Character Reload
Resource Restart
Revive
Respawn
/rc
Ped Model Reset
Character Reload Events

Additional recovery commands are also included when required.

Recovery Commands

/pedrefresh

Refreshes and reapplies the player’s assigned ped.

/pedfix

Helps recover the player’s assigned ped if the model has been reset or changed unexpectedly.

Admin Features

Admins can manage custom ped access directly without manually editing database records.

Depending on your configuration, administrators can:

Assign a Custom Ped
Remove a Custom Ped
Approve Player Ped Requests
Reject Player Ped Requests
Give Temporary Access
Give Permanent Access
Manage Character Ped Assignments
Manage Online Characters
Manage Offline Characters
Review Ped-Related Logs

This makes it much easier for staff to manage large amounts of custom ped access.

Character-Based Ped Assignments

SAM PED MENU supports character-based ped assignments.

This means a custom ped can be linked to a specific RedM character instead of only being linked to the player’s current server session.

This is especially useful for roleplay servers where players have multiple characters.

Ped Search & Categories

Custom peds can be organized into categories to make large ped collections easier to manage.

The system also includes a search feature so players can quickly find the ped they are looking for.

Server owners can configure their own:

Ped Categories
Ped Names
Ped Models
Access Rules
Available Peds

Player Ped Request System

Players can request access to custom peds through the menu.

Staff members can then review requests and:

Approve the Request
Reject the Request
Assign the Requested Ped
Set the Access Duration

This helps server staff manage ped requests without manually handling everything outside the game.

SQL Persistence

SAM PED MENU supports persistent ped data using OxMySQL.

Depending on your configuration, ped information can remain saved after:

Player Disconnect
Server Restart
Resource Restart
Character Reload

This helps ensure players do not lose their assigned custom ped unnecessarily.

Logging

The resource includes admin logging for important ped-related actions.

Optional Discord Webhook Logging can also be configured.

Logs can be used for actions such as:

Ped Assignment
Ped Removal
Request Approval
Request Rejection
Temporary Access
Permanent Access
Ped Expiration
Admin Actions

Installation

Download the resource.
Place the sam_pedmenu folder inside your server resources folder.
Configure your custom ped models inside the configuration files.
Import the provided SQL file if included with the release.
Make sure all required dependencies start before sam_pedmenu.
Add the following line to your server.cfg:

ensure sam_pedmenu

Restart your server.
Configure your ped models, permissions, categories, and other available settings.

Please read this section carefully before downloading.

This release contains the SAM PED MENU system only.

It does NOT include:
