I have a subscription to the Element Club on PATREON. Im paid for this month. My server name is not colored. and my EUP wont load the correct cloths Its all parachutes and random helmets not the EUP stuff. I am searching for someone to please help. Its almost impossible to get to talk to someone. Any help would be awesome.
