I just subscribed to Patreon for Fivem. My question is what steps do i have to take to get the Elementum Club Perks for the Server im on. Mainly want to make the Clothes streaming work. Need all help i can get

The problem is that i am not the one hosting the server. Can my perks still work on that server?
