This script prevents vehicles from disappearing (if a vehicle disappears, the server makes it reappear)
- Save vehicles in an external file, in order to be able to restore them after a server reboot (optional)
- Damage caused to vehicles is restored when they reappear
- Respawning vehicles are locked automatically (optional)
- This script is optimized (0.0ms), and works just as well on a small server (less than 64 players) as on servers that host more players
