Every empire starts with one roll of the dice.
MAYORPOLY is a complete property board game played at a real 3D table in
your world. Two to six players sit down, roll real dice, walk real pieces
around a custom-made western board β and every deed they buy lands as a
physical card on the table in front of their seat. Houses and hotels rise on
the very streets they stand on. Anyone walking past watches the whole game
live.

Features
A board game made of props, not menus
- Custom western board + 16 streamed prop models: card piles, houses,
hotels and 11 title-deed cards - Every property you own lies as a real card fanned out in front of your
seat β the whole table sees who owns what at a glance - Houses and hotels stand on the printed colour strips of the board itself
- Chance & chest cards fly off the pile toward whoever drew them, and the
card is shown to the whole table - Click the board to roll, click a space to walk β a ghost piece previews your
landing spot - Three cameras, switch live with
V: top-down play view Β· first person Β·
cinematic wide shot - Voice chat stays live β push-to-talk keeps working the whole game, so
table talk (and trade talk) never stops
Real stakes, hostβs choice
- The host dials the buy-in in the lobby between a configurable min and
max β everyone seated watches the number move before committing - Stakes are escrowed from every player at the start; the winner takes the
whole pot, paid automatically - Play money is separate and classic β every player starts with $1,500 on the
board regardless of the real-money stake
A full ruleset, decided entirely server-side
- Rents, colour groups, even building, mortgages, jail, doubles, 32 houses /
12 hotels bank β the standard rules, enforced by the server - Full trading system: deeds and cash, both directions, straight from
another playerβs holdings panel - Every roll, every move, every dollar is validated server-side β nothing
lives on the client
Breaks and crashes never kill the table
- Press Esc β take a break: your seat, money and empire are held while the
others keep playing; your turn is simply skipped until you return - Crashed or disconnected? Same protection on its own timer β reconnect, walk
up, press G, carry on - A seat that never comes back is knocked out and its properties return to the
market; the game ends with a proper winner, never thrown away - Matches persist through server restarts (auto-created database table)
Built to be sold and to scale
- VORP Core & RSG-Core, auto-detected β one package, both frameworks
- Non-networked prop rendering: zero entity sync traffic, players elsewhere on
the map are completely unaffected (built with 150β200 player servers in mind) - Range-scoped state sync + per-action rate limiting on every event
- All texts in one open locale file β fully translatable by copying one block
- Unlimited tables, map blips, clean documented config
- Test mode: a full game against AI players, alone β they roll, buy, build,
trade and go bankrupt - Covered by an automated test suite with 900+ assertions (rules, geometry,
server flow, crash recovery)
