Update v0.2 & v0.3 & v0.4

+ Added option to play emote when opening scoreboard
+ Added option to display different identifiers
+ Added option to display character names
+ Added option to disable controls
+ Fixed Wrong ID Display Issues
+ Fixed Toggle/Hold Input method
+ Fixed new players not getting added in scoreboard

- Removed steam checker (enable it in connectqueue if your server require steam to connect)
