Hey, great question. First different thing is that we have a dispatch system. That means you will not get a job instantly. If there’s more players, you will need to wait. Of course you can disable this is config a get a job instantly.

We have a healing menu with much more ways to diagnose, heal and revive the npc. If you for example give CPR to a NPC that has a pulse and is conscious you will kill him.

We have support for all hospitals on the map out of the box so no need of players going across the whole map and then going to the pillbox hospital

Our script pays the configurable amount of money to player for completing the job correctly. If he fails, he will not receive anything

QB Version got an update. Here’s a patch notes from our discord server:

added configuration for vehicle seats (the seat the ped will enter) - can be different for each vehicle model
added a maximum time for the ped to get inside the vehicle, they get teleported in if it’s exceeded
fixed bug of hospital blip/route not disappearing when stopping the job
removed additional 2nd delay of damage handler (4 seconds instead of wanted 3)

Expect the esx version update soon, most likely today or tommorow
