Basically its the Raw Map Everyone Uses from a Lovely mods Page, made from Scratch new.
But 4K that without impact and any Console Print … Good luck looking for it 
PS: Cayo Edit is very Rare because open up this fu** .gfx is Pain in the Ass

Do you have the nearest postal.json we can use for this also?
And side note why not use triple digit postal codes?
takes literally 5-10 minutes
- extract the images from the minimap files
- use photoshop or any image editor to desaturate them
- replace the images using openiv into your minimap files
done
but there are many who are too lazy and would rather pay the $5 so thats up to them
