I picked up this MLO and well even though it’s designed as a police impound I’ve been personally using it as a general tow/utility yard for my British RP server and well let me say it works perfectly! The layout is super amazing with as mentioned a spacious lot, office, storage room and of course a garage should you need it making it ideal for all kinds of RP scenarios. Whether it’s handling vehicle recoveries, roadside assistance or even fleet maintenance this location has been a game-changer.

Since a police impound didn’t really fit my server’s theme I wanted to tweak a few things and the support team was fantastic they helped me swap out textures to better suit my needs. The level of detail in the building is what I would class as top-notch and it blends nicely into the city without feeling out of place.

Performance has been perfect with smooth FPS and no issues even when the yard is packed with vehicles. If you’re looking for a that realistic, well-designed space for anything from towing to public works I do highly recommend this! :fire:
