  • Nearly all textures are customizable via .ytd files (non-encrypted). If any are missing, just ask me.

:loud_sound: Audio occlusion

  • Enjoy the building and its various rooms with separated audio zones, creating distinct sound environments for each space. Interrogation rooms are designed so sound only passes in one direction.

:compass: Navmeshed interior

  • The entire location is fully navmeshed, allowing NPCs/peds to navigate all interior areas smoothly. This ensures proper pathfinding and movement for any scripts that rely on peds roaming, patrolling, etc.

:gun: Shooting range props

  • The custom props used for the shooting range are listed below for easy integration into your shooting range scripts. A static version of the shooting range is enabled by default via an entity set (see details below).

  • If you want static targets, simply load the shooting_range_targets entity set. An example script (enabled by default) is included in the resource via the client.lua and config.lua files, but you can replace this with your own script if you wish.


:window: Breakable glass windows

  • All glass windows are resistant to ordinary contact. However, after multiple direct hits or sustained gunfire, they will eventually shatter, allowing for realistic breach scenarios and immersive gameplay situations.

:world_map: Building plans

  • Each floor of the building includes an accurate floor plan, reflecting the real layout of the location.


:elevator: Functional elevator design

  • By default, elevators are static and usable with teleportation scripts. However, since they are placed within real elevator shafts, it is technically possible to make them fully functional. If you are interested in this feature, please contact me on the support Discord server and I will provide the required information.

Hello, I understand. However, these are generally the prices charged for MLOs of this scale on the FiveM releases forum.

I absolutely love it, why?

Pro’s:

  • New Police Department Location
  • Less Crime Rates for future criminal organization that based in Mirror Park

Con’s:

  • Entrance way: I would rather add or make a selection for a gate to be placed in case there’s a criminal organization against PD (war).
  • Parking Lot (police personnel) doesn’t have any walls to protect law enforcement officers, higher criminal percentage for ambushing cops nor escorting them back to the precinct and criminal orgs having a full shootout in the back etc.

Overall love the map and such (nice visual preset) and I would buy it anyways for my server.

Hello, thank you for your constructive feedback and I’m glad you enjoy this PD. Indeed, I chose to keep the parking area less enclosed because I felt it fit better with the surrounding environment and the Mirror Park neighborhood :smile:
