Another property in Paleto Bay named South Seas Apartmernts was completed, the property is located opposite Fleeca Bank. It has 12 small apartments with kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. An empty pool was cleaned and filled with water. The exterior was changed and adapted.

Is this compatible for Gabz Paleto Bank?

i have nothing to do with Gabz, but I can see if there are collisions or something related to the bank.

looked at everything, the apartment collisions are not related to the bank. So there should be no conflict with each other.

I looked wrong, the collisions are related to the Bank and the Apartment.
