Yha just got your pillbox update 108MB! rooms still super dark and still clip in the walls downstairs. and why even use the word “Optimization” nothing that you make has any level of optimization? Just beware of this dude. I picked up like 6 maps - all of them have issues, I sit on a ticket for 11 days no support, they will not refund and are basic scammers, they want to send you discount for new resources when the ones you just got do not work… hahah
amen. I went thru hell with this dude.

I’s like an AI form letter reply guy. at the end of the day support what you make or fix it and treat customers like customers and not trash.

Same refused me a refund, told me I can pick other products of similar value? Like I don’t want to you made me wait a month for support which broke the 14 day refund period. Like dahm. Atleast give some support.

Nice hospital but, to many issues with it. crashing issues, people teleport using the elevator scripts would work sometimes and other times the hospital does not load during the teleport and the user falls to their deaths. I posted this along with a no parking sign in middle of of a driveway in front, a missing collision back ground near the garage door outside. I created a ticket on these things with screenshots and was told these issues will be addressed on next update, next update came and went and it seems that whole thing was ignored.
I am having to remove this. The updated reopen the hospital back up but they removed the stairs fully so what i bought based off of videos and images is not what i wind up with.

Support is horrible, doesn’t look like they are going to refund me and haven’t responded to me in 3-4 days after asking for things to be fixed and clarification on what resource I should be using as there are so many different versions. Currently the version they are calling “recommended” is not even downloaded through the portal
MLO is extremely unoptimized, it is the second most demanding resource in my resource monitor out of 400+ scripts. Players constantly crash in Pillbox, can’t take out weapons or props of any sort, and get stuck in hospital beds. Do not buy this.
