So, maybe you guys reply faster here than you do on your discord otherwise we’ll go check tebex for a refund directly.

So as for now :

There is a weird blim that spawns under the bridge infront of the building every like 5 min, it comes under the bridge and explodes
The lights inside the building are totally flickering and no way to fix them.
There is a HUGE hole around the corners of the wall next to the road, also there are props half inside the ground.
Couple of hours after the paiement there’s still no reply to the ticket when there are 3 admins online.

So all these bugs can be found on their test server too incase y’all wanna test but once again whne we buy a 65+€ MLO we expect it to be done or at least major bugs like holes, lights and explosions should be fixed or at least mark a !!! DO NOT BUY CAUSE NOT COMPLETE !! infront of the mapping.

Im sorry guys y’all gotta do something, we have thousands and thousands and tons of thousands of scripts and things and your thing is totally not worth the mone ywe paid for. We wasted time trying to fix your problems and we need something FINISHED with at least minor bugs. If you guys wanna sell something at least have a decent community support because we server owners have no time to spend fixing holes in every map we get and fixing explosions and lights everywhere. We have no time for that, thats why we buy things already done that are supposed to work since it’s written that it works and apparently you guys have a good team.

So really looking for some help here, getting a refund will eventually come if there’s really no help on this MLO but if that’s the case and you refund those who bought things from y’all just cause you cannot delvier proper mlo’s then gently stop doing that.

We are aware of those bugs and they will be fixed as soon as our Map Dev comse from vacation, if you are customer than you have acces to customer chat, where we clearly stated that update is released for you guy so you dont wait 10 days for interiors.

Their MLOs look stellar but we bought the MHC and within the first few minutes found dozens of bugs from falling through the map to collisions faces being the wrong way. Thankfully at the very least the we are given the ability to fix the issues ourselves but for the price the bugs definately should not be there.

UPDATE: I unloaded ALL my maps, and yes, it still crashes on the server loading screen. The version I’m using of this map is 1.0.2. Contacted support. Will update this comment to reflect the quality of the support received and whether the issue was solved.

UPDATE 2: The issue was that I renamed the resource. Unfortunately this resource cannot be renamed (it’s a shame if you follow a naming convention for your resources, but no big deal). The staff has replied to my ticket about this issue and other issues within 24 hours and the answers were satisfactory.

Does anyone know if this map is escrowed/locked? I like the building but the weird club and parking lot are ugly, want to remove them. Tried contacting them on Discord but no response.

The map has been broken for months and they haven’t fixed it yet, which is why I am still using the old working version of December. On newer versions, the default construction site is overlapped to the Mile High club. No fix provided for this, and support is unreachable because the Discord server requires phone verification.
