Millars Fishery | Clubhouse MLO | Warehouse MLO | Custom Vehicle
Description
Millars Fishery is a custom property located in Grapeseed, on the opposite side of the Alamo Sea from Sandy Shores.
The project includes multiple custom-built resources designed to work together, including a clubhouse, a boathouse, custom surroundings, and a unique off-road vehicle.
Everything has been built with optimization in mind while preserving a detailed environment suitable for roleplay servers.

A fully custom-built clubhouse featuring:

The clubhouse uses replaceable textures, allowing you to easily customize the logos and other branding with your own designs.
Warehouse MLO
A custom-built boathouse/warehouse.
Inside the warehouse, drugs are illegally packed into fish before being transported.
If you do not wish to use this MLO, simply delete the following resource:

The package includes a unique Off-Road Gauntlet built in a redneck style.

The property is located in Grapeseed, on the opposite side of the Alamo Sea from Sandy Shores.

The project has been thoroughly tested and optimized wherever necessary.
It provides stable FPS and uses optimized textures for the best possible performance.
Compatibility
This project was created using Game Build 3570.
Older game builds have not been tested, therefore compatibility with previous versions cannot be guaranteed.
Future Updates
Future updates will be provided free of charge to all supporters.
Additional custom MLOs are also planned.
