It does support different sirens for different vehicles, yes. My testing team assures me it is OneSync compatible, however further testing is due to start soon

Update Patch v1.0.1

OneSync & Infinite now syncs between clients properly
Players will no longer control each other’s vehicle at a distance
Players that join after a vehicle is spawned can now see lights.
Players that join after the resource is started can now use FLS
Having multiple vehicles in one area will no longer affect pattern speed.
