In this update, we updated the avatar system.

We added avatar usage via Steam and Discord for ESX and standalone users.
You can choose steam or discord via config and use it accordingly.
You can choose the default in the picture.
If those who do not have a Discord or Steam avatar will have an avatar according to their name.
