Please provide the ticket transcript here in that case, i asked for a refund if you wont fix it, otherwise its useless to me. And no didnt ask for the refund constantly but once or twice. I wasnt speaking with no harsh attitude, if anything you did, by what you wrote 
. Also you didnt even try to solve problem but tried correcting me, saying qbx doesnt use modules.
