[PAID] [ESX/QB-Core] JJ Vital Scanner | Advanced Dead Player Radar :satellite_antenna::ambulance:

JJ Vital Scanner is an advanced, high-tech radar and tracking mechanic for your medical, rescue, or survival server.
This resource is not a simple magic map blip. It provides an immersive, interactive CRT radar device that players can equip to physically locate dead or unconscious players via animated sweeps and proximity audio feedback.

What it does

  • Adds an immersive search and rescue gameplay loop for EMS, Police, or Survivors
  • Players equip the device, which opens a sleek, animated CRT-style NUI
  • Tracks multiple real, networked dead players in the vicinity simultaneously
  • Displays precise distance and direction of fallen players
  • Provides dynamic audio beeping that speeds up as you get closer to the target
  • Uses native Engine checks and modern StateBags to accurately determine if a player is dead
  • Allows seamless override for highly customized medic/ambulance scripts

Key Features

  • Framework support: ESX, QB-Core, Standalone
  • Inventory support (usable items): ox_inventory, esx_inventory, qb-inventory
  • Highly optimized 0.00ms idle performance using GetActivePlayers() logic
  • Animated CRT-style NUI with customizable sweeping logic
  • Configurable audio proximity warning range
  • Multi-target tracking limit (e.g. limit to the closest 5 bodies)
  • Customizable hand prop model (Phone, Tablet, Radio) with exact hand attachment offsets
  • Debug mode for easy UI testing and configuration
  • Completely editable config and UI files for full translation and styling

Performance

  • Uses GetActivePlayers() to fetch networked players instantly, completely bypassing heavy and laggy GetGamePool('CPed') loops
  • Calculates distances and angles optimally, updating the NUI without stuttering

Dependencies

  • One framework:
    • es_extended (ESX) or
    • qb-core (QB-Core) or
    • Standalone
  • Recommended Inventory: ox_inventory, native ESX, or native QB

Installation

  1. Put jj_vitalscanner in your resources folder.
  2. Configure config.lua (Framework, inventory, ranges, prop offsets).
  3. Ensure the resource in server.cfg:

cfg

ensure jj_vitalscanner

Notes

  • This script natively detects standard FiveM death states and modern StateBags (isDead). If you use a very specific custom ambulance script, you can easily bridge it using the Config.CustomDeathCheck function directly in the config file!
