Packet Loss

Hello friends, I have a very annoying problem and I can’t find the solution on fivem.

I play on the NoPixel Sa server, I live in Brazil and the server is in the United States, it turns out that I have a very high PL no matter what I do, I’ve already tested ExitLag, NoPing and even 2 different ISP’S and I couldn’t solve it.

My ping is around 150 to 170, but the PL is always around 20% to 40%, sometimes it drops to less than 10, sometimes it disappears, but most of the time it stays close to 20%.

Can anyone have any idea how to solve this problem?
