Outsourcing resources to a CDN server

Hello,

is it possible to outsource resources (all or only part of them) to another server on an another network (e.g. CDN)?
We currently have the problem that we have to get to the maximum of our bandwidth and do something.
And we are getting the following error in the server console:
server thread hitch warning: timer interval of 409 milliseconds

Does the file server have to be configured in server.cfg?

Yes or entering them at runtime would probably work too
