Is there anyone that can tell us what causes this crash? This has been a long ongoing issue and we cant seem to figure out what is causing it so we can fix the issue. (1.7 MB) (1.5 MB)

Does anyone know what kind of file this is related to? I cant seem to find anything on it at all.

Hoping to get some clarity on this, any help would be appreciated.

Hoping anyone saw anything like this before?
