Option to disable the discord presence

Add an option on the settings menu to disable discord presence if it is possible to do.

Or you could…disable Game Activity on Discord.

Or… I might want to have a different rich presence.

This can be done by removing the FiveM entry in ‘Game Activity’ on Discord nowadays.
