Important parts
What is the issue you’re having? Opening database (privcache:/) failed: IO error: could not lock file
What are you trying to do? I’m trying to open Fivem
What have you tried already to fix the issue? I have tried to reinstall fivem 3 times, I’ve restarted my pc numerous times as well. I’ve also looked at other threads and saw that I had to delete privcache folder from the cache folder but I’ve never had this folder at all? Also I don’t have a cache folder within the Fivem Application Data, I have to go to the data folder to find the cache folder.
Error screenshot (if any):

What did you do to get this issue? Nothing, Just installed GTA V and Fivem and it shows this each time.
What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful! I can’t even open the Fivem Application
