  What did you do to get this issue? I just want to install it but i dont have this application data thing i just have this empty folder
  What server did you get this issue on? None

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? It cant disable it

Also add what you already tried so far.

first i had the application data but had a dll error message and reinstalled it but now i dont have the application data and cant play fivem

its because of your virus scanner, either disable it or add it to your exceptions.
