Hello i have a problem with server where im play.
And sorry for so bad english but i need help
In the night i play normal but now i have the same text msg “OneSync not whitelisted on this server”
Its been like 1 hour…
Whats going on?
I wanna play but i cant…My friends play normal, but me… I cant join

If you are getting ‘OneSync is not whitelisted for this server, or requesting whitelist status failed. You’ll have to wait a little while longer!’ then you are affected by some random internet issue happening at some unknown provider right now. Just wait it out, its out of FiveMs controll

Well, maybe it would be nice to have an official page about service status

Im getting this when im trying to join my server “OneSync is not whitelisted for this server, or requesting whitelist status failed. You’ll have to wait a little while longer!” and i have the “Element Club Argentum” pack.

Indeed, something seems to be wrong with obtaining server policies. This isn’t an official post or anything, but I’m pretty sure this is the issue. I am unaware when elements capable of resolving/reviewing this issue will be around, therefore no ETA can be given for a resolution. Please take into consideration that elements need to sleep like you an I. So be patient and do not induce rule breaking in order to gain attention in an intent to rectify this issue faster.
