Omega RP Development & Staff Recruitment
Omega RP is currently in active development and we are reaching a stage where we are expanding our team. We are looking for dedicated individuals who want to help build a serious, long-term RP community from the ground up.
This is an opportunity to be part of something early and help shape the direction of the server before launch.
We Are Currently Looking For
Server Developers
We need developers experienced with FiveM / QB-Core who can assist with:
• Script configuration and optimization
• Custom script development
• Debugging and improving server performance
• Integrating new systems (jobs, heists, economy systems, etc.)
Vehicle Handling Developers
We are importing vehicles and want them to feel balanced and realistic within our economy and RP environment.
Responsibilities include:
• Editing and tuning handling.meta files
• Balancing acceleration, braking, and traction
• Ensuring vehicles fit server progression and economy
• Testing and adjusting imported vehicles
Economy Developers
Omega RP is building a balanced and long-term in-game economy.
Responsibilities include:
• Balancing job payouts and money flow
• Designing progression systems
• Preventing inflation and economic exploits
• Ensuring all activities fit within a healthy server economy
Staff Members
We are also looking for responsible staff members who want to help grow and maintain the community.
Responsibilities include:
• Player support and moderation
• Handling reports and tickets
• Assisting new players with RP guidance
• Helping maintain a zero-toxicity environment
