how can i install .oiv maps on my fivem server?

You need to put what is inside the OIVs DLC.rpf in your stream folder.

You can use winrar to open the OIV and openIV to open the DLC.rpf

Take into account that FiveM has a 16mb file size limit so textures may be broken if the YTD is more than

You’d have to extract the textures and compress them or lower their resolution to get them to work right

I had to do this for an Akina map and a Nurburgring GP map

Emvious how do you compress the textures? Do you use any specific program? The same thing happens with Akina map and a Nurburgring GP
