Ok so I have a server that I pay for from a host company that has fivem intergrated, sometimes its on the main list of servers, sometimes its not, I contacted them and they told me there is 2 lists, official and unofficial server list.
Is this true? how to determine the 2 lists? Where to get the official server hosting? its crazy, why am I paying these clowns when I can pay to get the correct official hosting for the server I need.

There is no unofficial list, maybe they are talking about direct connect by iP but I doubt it, Fivem can be run on a fairly lowspec vps so I would do that
Guess they just making excuse about the service i got… $24 a month and sometimes its no where to be found, members contact me asking where it is on the list… horrible
Yeah… that seems a bit shady. With other games there are official/unofficial, but not with FiveM as far as I know. I’d call them out on it, or try talking to someone else from their support or something.
Very sketchy on this hosting company. I never ever host any game servers from anywhere besides NFOServers
Yeah… I’d be cautious with them. Something don’t seem right. FiveM only has one server list, no matter if you have dedicated hosting or host it yourself on a PC in your closet.
I wouldn’t prefer hosting on your own computer resulting in exposing your home internet global ip address can result in distribute denied of service attacks. Best bet is host it on a virtual computer in a trusted company. sounds like these kids have it on their virtual machine and threw him only control panel with ftp and no VPS access. I rather use a VPS access.
