Well what GPU do you have, and you did not follow the error format.
My gpu is nvidia geforce 720 M
I have that problem too
In the error code, it clearly states:
This is not the fault of the FiveM developers, and can not be resolved by them.
Therefore, support won’t do you much. However, it would be good to try to update your drivers. To make sure that isn’t the problem.
