What is the issue you’re having?
Hi,
I’ve been having a very annoying issue on FiveM for quite a while now.
NPCs, vehicles and sometimes other players constantly flicker, disappear and reappear on my screen. It can happen repeatedly while I am playing and it has now reached the point where the game is becoming almost unplayable.
The problem happens on every FiveM server I play on, not just one specific server.
I have included several Medal recordings below because the issue is much easier to understand by watching the videos:
What have you tried already to fix the issue?
I have already tried many different things, including:
Completely uninstalling and reinstalling FiveM
Completely uninstalling and reinstalling GTA V
Completely resetting/reinstalling Windows
Clearing the FiveM cache
Trying different FiveM settings
Trying different GTA V graphics settings
Changing V-Sync settings
Testing with V-Sync enabled and disabled
Changing NVIDIA G-Sync settings
Testing with G-Sync enabled and disabled
Disabling overlays
Changing some NVIDIA Control Panel / NVIDIA App settings
Trying different network settings
Changing DNS settings
Restarting my router / internet connection
Restarting the computer multiple times
I have also tried lowering/changing graphics settings to see if the problem was related to performance or rendering, but the issue is still present.
Even after completely resetting my PC and reinstalling GTA V and FiveM from scratch, the exact same problem continues.
What server did you get this issue on?
Nothing specific that I know of. The issue started happening some time ago and has continued ever since. I cannot identify any particular update, modification or setting that caused it.

This issue only seems to happen on FiveM.
I have already spent a lot of time trying different settings and solutions, including a complete Windows reset, but nothing has fixed it.
If anyone has experienced the same problem or knows what could cause entities such as NPCs, vehicles and players to flicker/disappear and reappear, I would really appreciate any help.
I can provide additional recordings, screenshots, logs, DxDiag information or any other files needed for troubleshooting.
