Over 1000 Emotes to allow for more seamless RP, thousands of custom and default clothing options with the ability to bring in your own custom items, custom peds can also be brought in. Constant vehicle development with hundreds of custom imported cars, one of one cars, and other special vehicles.
Criminal Life: Active Gang Management with Whitelisting for up and coming groups. Gang Wars, Turf Checks, New Custom Turf Scrip, Custom Sprays, Custom Clothes, Custom Tattoos, Custom Gang Vehicles. Black Market system for custom orders and information. Active communication with staff and devs on Gang related issues. New Custom Drug Script from material gathering, to manufacturing, to selling. Custom Raids script will allow you to fight heavily armed npcs for the chance to take home high value rewards. Many Heists and Robbery Scripts to keep your pockets filled with cash. Money wash script to make that cash safe for the tax man. Weapon crafting and Heist Tool crafting for those looking to get rich. Car Chopping, Drug Runs, Weed Farming, Illegal Deliveries, and more for when you need something more chill.
Civilian Life: Los Santos Police Department and the Blaine County Sheriff’s Office are both active and robustly staffed. Both departments have active Speed Enforcement Units, Air Enforcement, Criminal Investigation Divisions, SWAT, K9, and Gang Information Units. Law enforcement is backed up by an Active Department of Justice, who host Judges, Lawyers, Prosecutors, and the City Council. San Andreas Medical Service offers EMS and in Hospital jobs such as Therapists, Doctors, and K9’s. Custom Scripted Jobs like Benny’s Motorworks, Harmony Repair Shop, Otto’s Offroads, Burgershot, Ravioli’s, Bean Machine, Dynasty 8 Real Estate, Pacific Standard Bank, Big Dicks Towing, and Vanilla Unicorn. Civilian Jobs available at city hall include Fishing, Lumberjack, Taxi Driver, Farmer, Towing, Garbage Collection, Delivery Driver, and more. We also have many other scripted activities for our citizens like mining, metal detecting, hunting, recycling, dumpster diving, wine making, and sooo many more. We are adding A LOT of new content for Civilians right now so it’s an exciting time.

I’ve seen it go downhill fast, lots of crews have little cliques and are mainly there for the shooting/cop killing and PvP.
The mechanics of the server are great, and the dev team is really good. (Mostly Cap) but other than that it needs a new face.
Update: It seems to have been coming back a bit more lately and I’ve been following their updates. I’m happy to see some promising things coming back from Notorious!
