You have no permission to use the original code of Smart Clamp, found here: GitHub - LondonStudios/SmartClamp: A FiveM resource to seize vehicles, coded in C#. for any commercial project, including the sale of such on your Tebex store, even as a fork.

This is in line with the licence included on the repo, as the Attribution - Non-Commercial 2.0 England and Wales licence. This makes it clear that Non-Commercial use is permitted only, described as:

“not primarily intended for or directed towards commercial advantage or private monetary compensation”. The exchange of the Work for other copyrighted works by means of digital file-sharing or otherwise shall not be considered to be intended for or directed towards commercial advantage or private monetary compensation, provided there is no payment of any monetary compensation in connection with the exchange of copyrighted works."
