Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

I’ve tried verifying the integrity of my cache in GTA V, and FiveM, but that’s not fixing it. I’ve not had problems till recently. No clue why it happens. It happens on every server. I get low frames, then as I drive down Joshua, it just crashes me

still need it, im not sure why they say if issue with starting it when its needed for more then that.

FiveM requires a clean installation of GTA5 to work correctly, verify your game files and try again and then update your support template after doing so.

Well, is your mods folder empty and els is still there if verifying didnt remove them then i would just move the mods folder out of the directory… ELS should be fine as it never causes me trouble.

Found out I had an old install of Redux. Removed it, and it worked
