So it’s been about 24 hours since I purchased Argentum and I have not received any forum badges or server perks such as colors, and am wondering how long it takes. My emails for Patreon and FiveM are the same. Thanks!

You should have received a email from patreon if you bought it. Would be good If you could make a screenshot of it.
Of course censore things like; Email, name and any other private informations.
