I get a failed handshake to server 103.152.197.34:30120 transfer closed with outstanding read data remaining-curl error code 18. Can I get some help to connect to this sever pls using tp link router wi-fi connection with a 1500 mbs connection to my computer. Is it possible the router is blocking connection?
