So this probably isn’t a script anywhere or anyone has something like it but I’m really interested in the NoPixel heath status, for an example if you get hit by a car you’ll get a status saying your spine is sore or irritation in leg etc. Is there anything like this anywhere?

Searching does wonders. Quick search and you would have found this. Works pretty close to how NP does it.
