Node 16 has been End of Life since September 11th, 2023, which means that most libraries out there have been dropping support for it, requiring Node 18 as minimum.
Could we get a newer Node LTS version that is still supported?

An update to Node 22 is already in the works. Afaik, there are some bugs left that are holding back the general deployment of this change, but it already works quite well.
