No text rockstar error when I open FiveM

System specifications 8 GB Ram Intel core i5 Nvidia GTX 1050 Ti 4 GB
What did you do to get this issue? I opened fivem normaly and that error appeared.
What server did you get this issue on? When I run Fivem

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using?
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

Also add what you already tried so far.
I tried to uninstall and install again everythin: GTA Rockstar and FiveM. I also tried to delete folder called DigitalEntitlements and restart FiveM. Thank you and I wish you can help me.
