No such command esplugin_mysql/mysql-async

So im using heidi and i have set up everything but this comes up in the console. when i join the game i dont show up in the users area in heidi. im really stuck on what to do, any advice?

i think i read somewhere to list essentialmode below the mysql resources in the server.cfg and that should fix it, i could be wrong though
