One of our users found a workaround for the anti-server FiveM:

I found a work around for those that can’t connect using direct connect. Press f8 while in fivem and then type “connect” and then the server ip “111.111.111.111:30120

Hope it helps you guys. Our guys are getting pretty used to never seeing us in the browser or being able to connect via DC but this worked for everyone on the server that could not connect.
