all street lights/city lights are gone at nighttime lights are constantly flickering/not working

See my game correctly

What have you tried already to fix the issue?
Reinstalled gta and fivem, deleted all folders

Nothing it randomly started happening after I uninstalled enb and reshade
What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful!
I mostly get it on my own server, but I’ve had people fly in to test and they’ve had no problems its just me

Have you made sure you have uninstalled GTA manually so as to delete the “mods” folder and any traces of installation of Reshade or QuantV or other? Also, does this problem happen only on that server or in every?
