**Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?**i didnt download any antivirus program to my computer.

Also add what you already tried so far.
i am restarted fivem, restarted steam, restarted computer, restarted modem, changed dns, deleted caches.xml, reinstalled fivem, deleted cache folder, downloaded vpn but i couldnt solve. CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE!

If you get this you are probably banned for 14 days for cheating

its suddenly solved, i was in game and i falled in a bug i am disconnected from server and i couldnt join to server because of “You have been globally banned from FiveM for cheating. This ban will expire in 13 days + 17:24:13. Please do note that the FiveM staff can not assist you with this ban.

Ye it’s not a connection issue or anything, you got banned for cheating

The ban system only gets triggered when some sort of cheat is detected. Unfortunately this means that either yourself, or somebody else using your account, has used a cheat/hack. If you are convinced this was not you who did it, then you might want to consider changing your account’s password because it may be compromised.

Unfortunately, as stated in the ban message, FiveM staff is unable to assist you in the event of a global ban. You will have to wait for the ban to expire.
