i got the error no fivem ticket was specified.if this is an offline server, maybe set sv_lan?

What did you do to get this issue? Not sure. Had some strange in game glitches before this happened.
What server did you get this issue on? all

Also add what you already tried so far.

I have uninstalled FVM and reinstalled. Server list when FVM is running shows no activity, 0 players in all available servers. Unable to locate existing server I spent much time on.

The glitches I mentioned above consisted of not being able to access personal vehicles, store vehicles in garages and not being able to access vehicle compartments (Trunks). It would say cannot open trunk because someone else was already accessing it and this was my personal vehicle. Also it kept spawning me in a house that was not mine as if the server was confusing my character with another’s.

@Diesel_Mcmillan, This is caused by the current outage… Please allow some time for the Dev’s to fix this issue.
