Hello everyone,
Recently I have been receiving an issue where I cannot see barely any traffic, aside from the one or two cars spawning occasionally. Additionally, no vehicles will spawn from either Lambda or TrainerV despite all other trainer functions working perfectly fine.
GTA V version? 1103
Up to date? YES
Legit or Pirate copy? LEGIT
Steam/CD/Social Club? CD
Windows version? 10.0.14393 (Built 14393)
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? YES
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? YES

Crash logs: There were none because no crash occured and I deleted those to test.
Also add what you already tried so far.
Reinstalling FiveM (3x)
Updating GPU Drivers
Asking on FiveM Discord (asked to post here on the forums)
Reset of Server (10x)
Restart of PC (2x)
Verified that it is not my copy of GTA 5 after verifying the game data (cache) and removing all mods, and testing in single player where any cars spawn fine (IT IS NOT JUST MODDED CARS, ALL CARS DO NOT SPAWN)
Please note that all other functions of Lambda and TrainerV work perfectly fine.
Verified that most other people’s games work perfectly fine on the latest updates and patches with all the same mods.
