No answer from support.. whats going on

What is the issue you’re having?

hi guys i opened a ticket 11 days ago with no answer from support any of you have the same problem?

What have you tried already to fix the issue?

i cant traser an asset to a username stating username invalid, but the username is valid, already checked already sent asset to the username. opened a ticket and no answer from them
