No AI traffic or peds

Ok so I need to remove the AI traffic and Peds from my server but can not figure out how. ANyone able to assist?

[Release] Remove All AI and Remove Random Parked Vehicles

There are two scripts in this pack. One will remove all AI until the script is removed. The other one is named “Remove Parked Vehicles”, this one will remove any vehicles that are usually randomly parked throughout the map, decreasing lag and preventing the duplication glitch that causes explosive amounts of vehicles, mostly in Paleto Bay.
