No access to Keymaster.FiveM error 1020?

The problem I’m having is that https://www.keymaster.fivem.net/ doesn’t grand me acces anymore, error code 1020.
I’ve already done some research and cleared my cache/coockies, tried a different browser, and rebooted my pc. But all I came across is that I need to contact the website owner/support. One problem tho, I can’t contact support if I cant access the website. please help me with more things that may fix it, or the contact to the website host.

fivem has a Partial System Outage and keymaster is down aswell
