Also add what you already tried so far.

Basically, I can’t seem to add the newest vehicles (Dominator GTX, Weeny Issi Classic etc.) to my server. Is there a way to do this? I can spawn them in SP with simple trainer menu.

Look for a resource that adds them. I recall Blü made one, but can’t get the link right now.
